    This product is excellent for removing weeds in sandy soils. We have 2 acres in south central Oklahoma and sand burrs are terrible. If you try to pull them the roots stay and the weed comes back, but with the Weed Popper you get almost all of the roots and the weed does not regrow. This also saves your fingers from the burrs and is easier on the back.

    Garden Weasel #95006 Weed Popper

    Dad really likes this product for popping out many types of weeds, although he states it does not work on other tougher weeds of the central states. Those that root deeply or spread wider than that which you cover with this foot piece, you will probably want a different type of unit. But this product seems to take a beating and continues ridding our yard of various unwanted weeds-like stickers, etc.

    Hope this helps you make your choice. Only use will for sure tell you!

    My neighbor saw me in my yard struggling with the removal of a large weed. She came over with her GARDEN WEASEL “Original” Weed Popper and within seconds had popped the weed and the root out of the ground. A few days later I searched for one online. Found it at a good price and immediately purchased one. Great tool that saves time and energy. CON: Prongs on Popper must be placed properly under weed to get it out on the first pop.
