    One of the three pieces broke the first time I used it- it snapped in two as soon as I put it in the soil. I’m sure the others will do the same- these were not built to last.

    I’m very impressed. For a little more than what ONE of these tools would cost in a big box store, you get THREE solidly built tools. All three are very sturdy, the soft rubberized handles are great, and I feel confident that they’ll last my mother a lifetime of use; I can’t see them getting bent or handles snapping or bending.

    I bought this Fiskars set for my wife who spends a significant amount of time in the garden, planting, transplanting, maintaining etc. These tools have held up well for her. We bought similar type tools from a big box store and the handles bent within the first week. Not the case with the tools in this set. They are sturdy and comfortable.

    I am very happy with this set. From the time I took it out of the package and saw how high quality they were to the work I did with them repotting some plants yesterday. I am looking forward to using them in my garden this season and hope that it is the last set I buy.
